First Choice Plus Plumbing & Air provides plumbing, air conditioning, and water restoration services across the Treasure Coast from our Port St. Lucie office, and plumbing services across North Tampa from our Land O’ Lakes office. We are licensed in Florida: plumbing CFC1427369, construction CBC1262428, and air conditioning CAC1822029.
Our website provides general information about our services. Offers and prices shown on the website are subject to their stated terms and may change. Product images and descriptions are for general reference.
Booking online, calling, or sending a message does not by itself create a contract. Work is performed under the estimate, invoice, or agreement you approve, which sets the scope, price, and payment terms. Warranties are those stated in that agreement and by the manufacturers of the products installed.
“Book Online” opens our ServiceTitan scheduler. A booked time is a request for service, and we may contact you to confirm or reschedule it. For an emergency, please call the office for your area.
You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from First Choice Plus Plumbing & Air. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at WeCare@FirstChoicePlus.Com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
