First Choice Plus Plumbing & Air does not provide air-conditioning service in Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, or Odessa. The North Tampa location provides plumbing service in Land O’ Lakes and nearby communities only.
First Choice Plus Plumbing & Air starts each service visit by listening to the customer, inspecting the problem, and explaining the recommended repair or replacement in plain language. Customers receive the price before approving work.
During regular business hours, the plumbing service-call fee is $49 and is waived when approved plumbing work is completed. Estimates for new tank water heaters, tankless water heaters, whole-home repiping, and new AC systems are free.
Customers who want scheduled system care can review Plus Membership plans for air-conditioning systems, tank water heaters, and tankless water heaters.
