In the unfortunate circumstance that you do have multiple leaks, our technicians will be finding only the leak with the best "signature sound". Location of the other leaks can rarely be verified until the first leak is repaired. If another search is required, First Choice Plumbing Solutions will reduce the fee for locating the second leak if located within four feet of the first leak. When the second leak is located more than four feet away or develops after repairs have been made, full price will be charged. If you have multiple leaks or if your water system has a history of leaks, our next professional opinion is very important.
We suggest that if you do have a leak under the slab, the best way of fixing the problem is not by chipping up the floor and fixing part of the pipe but to repipe the whole line. That may only take two holes in the drywall to fix the problem.
